250 Micron Copper Clad Electrode

• Its cost is very low compared to solid copper, and its underground life is very long compared to steel.
• Complies with IEC 61561-2 standard. (Table 3.)
• 99.95% purity electrolytic copper is coated on a high strength steel with a metallurgical bond.

• It has high resistance against corrosion.

Bending Test

• 20 micron thick coatings crack in case of bending. There is no cracking in 250 micron coating.
• While 20 micron coated electrodes are driven into the ground, the coating is torn.
